Minutes of Concern Can Be Found Here
Minutes of Concern are written from “messages” received at Worship Service. The Minutes of Concern committee decides upon the topic of concern from its consideration of the spirit of previous worship services. Minutes of Concern are a way the Meeting’s persons act on social concerns.

Friends Online Worship Center was started to address problems with liberal unprogrammed Quaker meetings.
Unprogrammed meetings tend toward séance type sessions with a lack of focus on spirituality.
Unprogrammed meetings can encourage a cult of personality.
The liberal Quaker tradition tends to be unprophetic.
Ask worshippers to be mindful of the queries and advice that guide each worship session.
Emphasize consensus led rather than clerk led decision making.
Move closer to the Christian tradition in Friend’s worship, allowing for prophetic and spiritualist messages.
“…Abba! Father!” (Rom. 8:15)
Quaker birds are a nice allegory to George Fox's original admonition to "Quake" which then allowed Friends to be called Quakers by others.
(Cf. "George Fox's Epistles," III,3.)
